Enterprise customers are provided with a detailed Service Level Agreement (SLA) guaranteeing 99.9% uptime, dedicated support, and data recovery procedures.

TotalSurvey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
