Health & Safety

The company has a Health & Safety Policy document, and has also prepared “Safe System of Working” guideline documents. Copies are available to Registered Users in our Document Download Centre. (You can Register at the top of our Home Page).

 

All our staff are issued with the company Health & Safety documentation, which includes the Company Health & Safety Policy document, Company Safe System of Working documents and associated company Health & Safety memoranda.

 

Project Risk Assessments are carried out and safety training and site induction courses are attended as required. (There is sample Risk Assessment available to Registered Users in our Document Download Centre)

 

Accidents are logged in company Accident Book (No serious occurrences to date).

 

Total Surveys carry out measurement survey work and do not operate plant & machinery.

The company does not feel that its normal activities have a significant environmental impact, however, the following statements apply:

The company is frequently asked for standard company documents, e.g. Health & Safety Policy documents etc.. Total Surveys are encouraging the use of their Document Download facility within this web site, to avoid the unnecessary printing of documents.

A copy of the company Environmental Policy document is available to Authorised Users, in our Document Download Centre.

Note: To become an Authorised User, you first need to be Registered, and then apply for Authorised User status. You can Register at the top of the Home Page, and once logged-in you can apply to be an Authorised User by filling in the form provided in our Document Download Centre. Please note that this form will not be available until you are Registered and logged-in.
