Check Surveys

We can carry out check surveys at various stages of construction, as an independent check, if required.

This could be checking the position of a site access road, or the position of boundary fences, building foundations or steel columns etc..

Another example, is to physically check visibility splays on-site for proposed site entrances.


We also carry out QA check survey work for Environment Agency hydrographic survey projects. Typically a 5% check is carried out on survey work previously carried out by others, and a detailed survey report is provided to the client.



Material movement on-site can be costly and time-consuming; and we are often asked to survey earth mounds, spoil heaps etc., where urgent volumes are required.

This work is often required at short notice, and we are used to reacting quickly.

Surveyors are able to process the survey data on-site and e-mail remotely using mobile phone technology.
