Total Surveys believe that the best person to process a survey is the surveyor who has seen the site and surveyed it! Therefore our surveyors process their own data.

 

Our CAD Department is used for final drawing presentation and production. We take pride in the presentation of our drawings; which we produce as technically informative, well laid-out drawings prepared with draughtsmanship skills.
 
We are able to produce traditional hard copy drawings on paper or film, and also data on disk in a wide range of software formats, including;

With the various export options available to us, we should be able to provide data in most formats. If you have a particular requirement, please contact us and we will be pleased to advise further.

 

Topographical survey drawings can be provided in 2D or 3D. We are able to provide 3D digital terrain models (DTM's) and can also carry out site visualisation exercises, and volume calculations if required.

Hydrographic survey data can be provided in specialist software formats as used by hydraulic modellers, including:

• HEC-RAS
• ISIS

We also offer CAD Bureau facility, and can carry out CAD (Computer-Aided Design) work from a client's brief, and produce drawings as required.

For example, we can produce schematic drawings for clients who require a graphical representation of features (which they do not require to be accurately measured or surveyed); needed for asset management/ GIS purposes.
